A written request to cancel a training course must be submitted to Course N Carry two weeks before the scheduled training date. Each cancellation will incur a processing cost of $250 USD per delegate. After then, we regret that we are unable to reimburse any fees that are owed; but, in this situation, we would be pleased to accept another colleague in your place.

The following is usually covered by the course fees for Course N Carry training programs: 

1. All printed materials, lunch, and refreshments are included in the classroom course fees.

2. All materials provided electronically via email will be covered by the online course costs. 

3. A completion or attendance certificate 

Before the training session starts, payment must be received. Payment options include wire transfers, bank drafts, cash, and credit cards.
Note: Course N Carry retains the right to deny entry in the event that payment is not received.
